We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are in their original, unused condition.

• Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where possible

• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer

• The 30-day return period begins from the date you physically receive the goods

• Personalised or hygiene-sealed items opened after delivery cannot be returned

Refunds

​

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return has been received and approved.
