General Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding German public holidays) after receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Germany and the EU pay a flat shipping rate; everywhere else the rate is calculated by weight and destination. Either way it is displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. We ship primarily via Deutsche Post / DHL.
We reserve the right to update shipping rates, carriers, and delivery terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately and apply to all orders placed after the update. The shipping conditions displayed at checkout at the time of your order are the ones that apply to your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are in their original, unused condition.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where possible
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
- The 30-day return period begins from the date you physically receive the goods
This 30-day return and exchange option is a voluntary goodwill policy, offered in addition to and separate from your statutory rights described below.
Returns of used items (statutory right of withdrawal)
Independently of the voluntary policy above, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, even after opening and trying them. Full details and the withdrawal form are in our Terms and Conditions (Widerrufsbelehrung). Checking a product, as you could in a shop, inspecting it and testing that it works, never affects your refund. However, if an item shows handling beyond that (for example practice wear, marks from hard or outdoor surfaces, or scratches that mean we can no longer sell it as new), we may reduce your refund by the item’s actual loss in value. Any such deduction is assessed individually for the item concerned; we will document it and explain the amount and reason to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@diabolofocus.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please ship your return to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return has been received and approved.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
EU orders: All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. No customs duties apply.
United Kingdom: We are not registered for UK VAT, so a minimum order value applies to UK deliveries (currently 170 € in products). Orders are handled as standard imports: UK import VAT and any customs duties are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Switzerland: Orders may be subject to Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%) and carrier customs-clearance fees, collected from the buyer on delivery. Low-value consignments are exempt from Swiss import VAT.
United States: The former $800 de minimis duty exemption was eliminated in August 2025. All imports are subject to customs duties and fees regardless of value.
All other countries: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We cannot predict the exact amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s tracking page or via your account at diabolofocus.com.
Undeliverable Shipments & Risk of Loss
A parcel is usually returned because the carrier could not match the name on it to a letterbox or a doorbell. If you have an order sent to someone else’s address, please make sure your name is shown there, or address it “c/o” the person who lives there. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs for reshipment are borne by the Customer.
For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the Consumer upon physical delivery (§ 475 Abs. 2 BGB).
