The Signature Diabolo of Taiwan's MHD Crew

The MHD Pro is a collaboration between Sundia and Taiwan's legendary MHD Crew — one of the most influential diabolo teams in the world. This diabolo was born out of a decade of performance experience and built to meet the team's uncompromising standards. The MHD crew has been a pioneering force in group diabolo routines, helping to popularise this discipline through their performances worldwide.

Cup Design & Material

The cups are crafted from tough TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), a premium material that delivers superior grip and durability. Unlike standard hard plastic cups, TPU provides a distinctive rubber-like feel that enhances string contact and responsiveness. The cup features a unique cut-away design at the cone junction. A signature detail that sets the MHD Pro apart from all other Sundia models and gives it a more reactive, precise feel during play. The narrow opening is a deliberate design choice, favouring intentional, controlled corrections and suiting players who prefer a reactive, technical playing style.

Bearing Axle

This version features Sundia's triple bearing axle, which delivers extended spin times, smooth rotations, and the freedom to perform complex combo and vertax tricks with ease. The axle is fully compatible with all Sundia models.

Who Is It For?

The MHD Pro is built for experienced players seeking precision and a playing feel distinct from conventional Sundia diabolos. Its narrow cup opening and responsive TPU material reward confident, technical play, making it a go-to choice for seasoned diabolists, competitors, and those inspired by the MHD crew's style.

FAQ
Why is my bearing axle moving or clicking sideways?

This is a normal behavior for Sundia diabolos. There is a tiny gap between the axle and the hubs to allow the cups to spin independantly from the axle. This does not affect the performance and can be ignored.

Can I order a single diabolo cup?

Yes, single Evo cups in soft or hard are available on the site. Ordering a single diabolo cup for other models is only possible via mail for now. The price for a single cup is 14€. Although it is not yet available on the website, you can send an inquiry to info@diabolofocus.com

What’s the difference?

Fixed axle

The axle grips the string, giving you direct control and feedback. For classic tricks, string climbs and playing several diabolos. You keep the spin going by accelerating. It is the style used for multiple diabolos, usually from three diabolos up.

Bearing axle

A one-way bearing lets the diabolo spin longer while the string moves freely. For long combinations, vertical play and stick grinds. It behaves differently for tricks that need the string to grip the axle. Bearings need to be maintained.

What’s the difference?

3-B

Three one-way bearings: the standard, and the one we sell most. It accelerates predictably, holds its speed for any combination and takes a drop on concrete. If you are unsure, choose this one.

5-B

With five bearings, the diabolo picks up speed faster with every pull. Built for competition, where you recover speed between tricks. It has more parts that can wear, so over time it is the more fragile choice.
