Usage measurement
No cookies
We count visits and see which pages, products and searches visitors use. On checkout we also measure completed steps, selected options, broad error categories and active time; we never store what you type. There are no cookies, nothing is stored on your device, no profile is created, and your IP address is never kept. Because nothing is read from or written to your device, this needs no consent. If you would still rather not be counted, you can stop it here. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Your visits are not counted. This is saved in this browser only.

Enable Statistics
Lets us record a sample of visits as session replays (the pages opened, what was clicked and scrolled, with every typed input masked) to find where the shop is confusing. Recordings stay with us, are stored in the EU and are deleted after 30 days. Without your consent nothing is recorded.

Basket reminders by email
If you leave your basket, DiaboloFocus can send you one reminder after 24 hours using your verified account email. We measure reminder clicks and resulting purchases. This does not subscribe you to our newsletter. Turn this off here or stop reminders from any email.
✳Earn up to 500 loyalty points by reviewing a diabolo or sticks you bought!
Earn loyalty points when you review a product you’ve purchased. Points are credited to your account once your review is published and can be redeemed directly at checkout. Only reviews of diabolos and sticks earn points; reviews of string and accessories earn none. 100 points = €1 discount. Review rewards are limited to a lifetime total of 2,500 points (€25 in checkout discounts) per customer. Once you reach this limit, further reviews never earn points. Spending points, expiry, a new period or a new order never resets this limit. See our Loyalty Program.
100 pts = Star rating
300 pts = Star + written review
500 pts = Star + review + photos
Points are awarded for verified purchases only. Log in
Review points are awarded for reviews of diabolos and sticks. Reviews of string, spare parts and accessories earn no review points, but buying them still earns points like every order.
Review rewards share your current expiry date. After that period ends, your first eligible review reward starts a new 12-month period when credited.
