The Flaks DIY juggling ball is a 65mm white cotton ball with a seemless and sturdy velcro opening. 

Customize the ball to your liking by easily adjusting its weight. Fill the ball at home with a funnel and control its weight with a kitchen scale. Common filling materials are rice, sand or a combination of both. Made by Flaks and approved by juggler Haavard Vatland Hvidsten of Norway. The 65mm diameter is great for numbers and will fit well in a kids hand, making it the ideal workshop type ball. The soft cotton offers a pleasing touch and a high comfort.

Rice is our recommended filling option. However, you can use shingle or sand as alternatives to get denser juggling balls.

Weight Guide: 

• 100g  Soft : Well suited for simple reception and squeeze reception.
• 115g Standard : Good middle weight and all-rounder for most techniques.
• 130g Hard : Well suited for kicks, bounces and precise patterns.
