4 Diabolo Evolution 2018-2021

In 2017, Kevin asked me if I thought I would get 100 catches of 4 low before I turn 25. Spoiler alert: I did :) A huge thanks to all my diabolo friends, who helped me get better and stay motivated through the constant frustration. If you want to learn 4 low, best of luck to you! Consistency is key, always watch what you do to try and point out what could be improved. Show your progress to others for constructive feedback. Also, warm up before and stretch after every session, your shoulders will thank you (mine did not).
